Luke grew up in the countryside, surrounded by fields, woods and wildlife. That early connection shaped his path and led to a working life outdoors. After completing his degree, he joined the National Trust, where he worked in formal gardens and across large rural estates. His role balanced heritage care with ecological responsibility – hands-on, seasonal work that demanded attention to detail and a deep respect for the environment.

Skilled experience, from heritage sites to home gardens
Luke’s career took a new direction when he stepped into landscaping. Early projects included work on the grounds of Windsor Castle and other stately homes, where precision and presentation were key. He went on to manage a large landscaping company covering Hampshire and Berkshire, leading complex projects and teams across varied residential and commercial sites.

Carrying the business forward with a design-led approach
In 2019, Luke took over Sibley Landscapes and began shaping its next chapter. His focus is on full garden transformations – spaces that are practical, sustainable and built to last. Each project is carefully planned and delivered in-house, from drainage and groundworks to the final planting. The result is a seamless build with no compromise on quality or finish.
